A Bit About Me

I'm a Passionate Game Designer that specializes in Level Design, Gameplay Design, and Environment Art. I love designing fluid and organized gameplay loops, levels, and experiences across numerous game Genres. My favorite part is when these areas overlap and compliment each other.

 

I got my start in game design through making custom content for games such as Minecraft, Hearthstone, DnD, CSGO, and plenty of others. Taking on Design Challenges and Studies into mechanics and art styles help me further refine my craft and are something I enjoy doing to this day. 


I that believe both organization and communication are key in all aspects of game design and development. I love documenting my work and planning out features clearly and working with others to be efficient and collaborative. Being both a designer and artist lets me act as a bridge between different disciplines and work hands on to make amazing games. I've led multiple game projects from concept to launch and It's always an amazing experience to work along side other passionate people.

Who I Am

I'm the kind of friendly person that brightens other peoples' day and makes them laugh. I enjoy working with and meeting new and exciting people. Getting new perspectives on things is always something I appreciate and love about design work. I love a good design puzzle!

I pursued Game Design as my career because I love inventing things for players to enjoy. The world isn't perfect by any stretch of the imagination, but if I can create something that makes someone's day a little bit better or something to look forward to then I feel I am doing what I am meant to.

As hobbies I of course love playing all sorts of video games with my friends. I also play DnD, make artwork, go fishing, cook, garden, and design games in my free time.
